What I carry in my gym bag?

This is a post about the things that I always carry with me to the gym. I always have certain items that make the gym experience
My gym routine:
Anthony and I usually go to the gym Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. When we go during the week, It’s usually during the late evening early night. Then on Saturdays and Sundays, we go when we have time during the day.
(We do however go to the gym on Mondays or Wednesdays if we don’t have church.)
We normally do 10 to 45 minutes of cardio. My cardio is usually stairs or treadmill. I like to do as many flights of stairs as possible. As for the treadmill, I usually set it on 2.5 or 3.0 for incline and speed of 2.5 to 3.0. Anthony and I are focusing on strengthening our entire bodies including our cardiovascular systems. We aim to do abs most days, arms and legs on alternating days depending on how busy the gym is because it can be difficult to get certain equipment. We usually try to focus on specific muscles to the best of our abilities. We are usually at the gym for 2 hours including the time we shower/change out of our gym clothes.
Things I bring every time:
- Fresh Clothes. At night that means leggings. In the morning that means my clothes for the day.
- Bath towel
- Wash Cloth
- Shower Shoes ( These are the Adidas ones I have)
- Plastic bag (x2)
- Invisibobble
