Hacker Boyfriend? | Error143 Game Review

ALSO, I AM REVIEWING THE GAME BASED ONLY ON THE GAME ITSELF.
NOT THE DEVELOPER, VOICE ACTORS, ETC.
Soooo… I had to rewrite this. Well, not a rewrite but more of an edit. So it has come to my attention before I posted this that there is some drama or cancellation of the developer of the game. JennyViPham… She posted about how Micah Yujin’s ( the hacker that you play the story with ) is depicted as an angry black man [ Stereotyping :0 ] As well as some issues with the voice actor whose voices Micah. He was/is a VA in a game that allegedly hosts CP. Although it is said that none of his suggestive lines involve minors in the game. The game in question is Camp Buddy.
I’m still posting the review from before any allegations about JennyViPham and The VA.

My personal rating: is 10/10 aside from the controversy.

The game itself is well-written and executed. The main love interest is attractive. He has a split tongue and tongue piercing. He tends to flirt with the player. He is very upfront about liking the player. There are three endings; good, bad, and proposal. The site on itch.io says it’s rated pg-13. He is snarky and sarcastic. He tries to tease the player. Overall it’s a good game that is fun. it takes 1-3 hours depending on how you vibe with it. I’ve played it a few times to get the different endings. The bad ending is sad but it shows him to respect boundaries.
