It is rose scented and personally I think it smells so good. If only I could get a candle that smelled like that. The cleanser is supposed to remove makeup, cleanse and refresh. Also the directions say to saturate a cotton pad with the micellar water. The Garnier micellar water is a very good and extremely simple way to clean your face.
