A weekend in Charlotte

Friday, June 1st, 2018

We woke up at 3:30am to go to Charlotte. We left my house at 4:20am. We got to Charlotte around 8:30am. While my mom and aunt went to visit my uncle, Anthony and I went to dunkin donuts, but Anthony wanted a medicine ball. So we went to unusually dirty Starbucks (Side Note: Starbucks doesn’t sell the tea that they used to make a traditional medicine ball) Whatever we got was disgusting. The cashier told us it was similar to a medicine ball. The tea was so bad that we couldn’t drink it. We ended dumping it out and buying coffee from a much cleaner Dunkin Donuts. Then we helped my aunt pack some of her stuff and move it to their new place.

Saturday, June 2nd, 2018

Today, we were up bright and early. We ate pancakes for breakfast. Then we got straight to packing up my aunt and uncle’s stuff. We got done loading and unloading a bunch of stuff after a couple of hours. Once we were done it was about 5pm, we went to dinner with my aunt and uncle and other family. The dinner was extremely good. When we were done we headed back to my aunt and uncle’s house for the night.

Sunday, June 3rd, 2018

This morning we went to elevation church. We got to go to the ballentyne location where Pastor Steve Furtick preaches from. The church was so welcoming. We got greeted imediately and shown where to go. The sermon was amazing. After the sermon we packed up some stuff for my aunt and mom to take to my aunt’s new place.

While Anthony and I went to the southpark mall. I obviously went a little overboard seeing as we don’t have a nordstrom or a lush where I live. I went to bath and body works, Nordstrom, Anthropology, Lush, The Art of Shaving store, and many more.

Then we packed up our stuff and headed to a gas station. When we were at the gas station, we got some snacks to last until we got home. We got home around 11 PM.
